Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Swing Baseball account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app or by contacting us.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

1. Open the Swing Baseball app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• All team memberships and roles
• Photos, videos, and media you uploaded
• Game scorekeeping data you entered
• Player stats and records you created
• Live stream history
• Push notification preferences

Important Notes

• If you are the sole admin of a team, you must transfer admin rights or delete the team before deleting your account.
• Game data (scores, stats) that is shared with a team will remain accessible to other team members but will no longer be associated with your account.

Data Retention

All personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no additional retention period.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours.
