This privacy policy applies to the Swing Baseball app (the "Application") for iOS devices, created by ItemOne LLC (the "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Photos and Videos

The Application allows users to capture and upload photos and videos of games, players, and team events. This media is stored securely and shared only with team members and spectators you have explicitly granted access to. Photos and videos are used to:

• Share game highlights with team members and family
• Provide live streaming to remote viewers
• Create team media galleries

Location Data

The Application collects your device's location to provide the following features:

• Associating games with field/park locations
• Helping spectators find game venues
• Providing location context for live streams

Location data is only collected during active use of the Application and is not tracked in the background.

Push Notifications

The Application sends push notifications to keep you informed about:

• Live game updates and score changes
• Team announcements and schedule changes
• New media shared by team members
• Stream availability for games you follow

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

Swing Baseball is designed for youth sports teams. While the app is primarily operated by parents, coaches, and team administrators (adults), it may contain information about minors (player names, photos, and stats). We take extra care to:

• Only allow team-authorized adults to manage player information
• Restrict access to player data to authorized team members
• Not collect personal information directly from children under 13
• Allow parents/guardians to request removal of their child's information at any time

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. These include:

• Firebase (authentication, database, analytics)
• Apple Services (App Store, push notifications)

Data Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL).

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete your data, please see our account deletion page or contact us at the email below.
